Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking any travel services with Dynamic Tours, a subsidiary of Dynamic Support Services (Pvt) Ltd. By booking a tour with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit or full payment, as required.
Full payment must be made by the specified deadline, typically 30 days before departure unless otherwise stated.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or secure online payment systems.
Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.
Refunds are issued according to the following schedule:
More than 30 days before departure: 80% refund
15–30 days before departure: 50% refund
Less than 15 days before departure: No refund
Refunds exclude non-refundable expenses such as visa fees, airfares, and bank charges.
Requests to change travel dates or itinerary must be made in advance and in writing.
Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
Dynamic Tours reserves the right to alter tour itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, strikes, safety issues).
All travelers are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, cancellations, lost baggage, and personal liability.
Dynamic Tours is not liable for costs incurred due to lack of adequate insurance coverage.
Travelers are responsible for ensuring that their passports are valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of entry.
Visa requirements must be checked with your local Sri Lankan embassy or consulate.
It is your responsibility to meet health requirements and vaccinations for entry into Sri Lanka.
Dynamic Tours acts as an agent between you and third-party suppliers (e.g. hotels, airlines, transport companies).
We are not liable for injury, damage, loss, delay, or inconvenience caused by third-party services or force majeure events.
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by you for the tour.
Travelers are expected to respect local customs, laws, and tour guidelines provided by the guide.
Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the tour without refund.
Any complaints must be brought to our attention during the tour so we can try to resolve them immediately.
If not resolved, written complaints must be submitted within 14 days of tour completion.
We may use photos or videos taken during tours for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing prior to departure.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.
